Design Proofs & Approval

Custom orders may require design approval before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof for spelling, wording, colors, placement, and other design details. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customer-Provided Images & Designs

By submitting an image, logo, artwork, wording, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material. Kre8ed Different reserves the right to decline designs that we cannot legally or reasonably produce.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may vary based on product size, customization options, design placement, or other selections. Full payment is required before an order is produced.

Production & Delivery

Custom products require production time in addition to shipping or local delivery time. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by design approval, order volume, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-made products are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing your order. Accuracy of Information We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our website are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel/refund an order when necessary.
