Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Kre8ed Different custom products are made to order. Please allow time for design approval and production before your order ships.

Production Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for production. Production begins after any required design proof has been approved. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00 and generally takes 3–5 business days after production is complete. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is $15.00 and generally takes 1–2 business days after production is complete. Express shipping speeds up transit time; it does not shorten the custom production process.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available to eligible customers located within 10 miles of our delivery location. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on the customer's delivery address. Customers will be contacted when their custom order is ready to schedule delivery.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has shipped.

Delays
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, order volume, design approval delays, or other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. Please contact Kre8ed Different as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information.
